Reviv Inc. was founded in 2009 by three dedicated individuals with real estate experience. To date Reviv has over 25 years of real estate experience on its management team.  Our company specializes in working with our investors to earn them a profit while taking care of all their needs.  We thrive in redevelopment, land opportunities and property management.  At Reviv we can take care of all your real estate needs in Calgary and surrounding areas.

Reviv Management’s Team

Irfanali Moledina

Irfanali has over 3 years experience in real estate consisting mostly of rent to own properties and property management.  He has taken real estate courses through Rich Dad Education in 2007 and has been actively investing in real estate since 2008. Irfanali just completed the Uniform Final Examination and is on the path of becoming a Chartered Accountant.  He brings a financial and business background towards Reviv’s management team, helping ensure successful execution and planning of Reviv’s overall operations.

Andrew Miller

Andrew began his professional career as an environmental consultant and operations coordinator but maintained a deeper passion for creating real estate opportunities and ownership solutions for others. From an early age in small town southern Ontario he was active in his family’s development of local residential communities and eventually expanded his involvement into international builds through Habitat for Humanity.

Now he successfully combines his pursuit of advancing sustainable development practices with experience in facilitating real estate investment opportunities in Western Canada and abroad. He draws upon a strong investment network and tangible experience in numerous areas such as lease-to-own, joint venturing, new build sales, commercial/land/multi-family investment, pre foreclosure, creative marketing, international investing, rehab/sales (flips), condominiumization, self directed RSP’s and credit therapy.

Dale has over 19 years of real estate experience consisting of new home builds, renovations, and land development. He also has experience in geotechnical and structural engineering which help ensure a quality product for all of Reviv’s clients. He has courses in many aspects of engineering and moisture control which enable projects to be certified by new home warranty. He brings the hands on approach to any project that Reviv acquires.
